Last updated: November 3, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using falconunmannedsystems.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. Our services
The Site describes the services of Falcon Unmanned Systems ("Falcon", "we", "us"). Drone operations, data capture, processing and deliverables are provided only under a separate quote, proposal or service agreement. If those documents conflict with these terms, the service agreement controls for that project.
3. Using the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems or our storage
- Interfere with the Site's operation or security, or introduce malware
- Scrape, copy or harvest content or contact information by automated means
- Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any company
4. Data uploads
The upload service is for clients and partners with a valid project access code. By uploading files, you confirm that:
- You have the right to share the files with Falcon for the project
- The files do not contain malware or unlawful content
- You will not upload sensitive personal information unless the project requires it and it has been agreed with Falcon
We may refuse, quarantine or delete uploads that appear unsafe or unauthorized. Uploaded files are handled under the Privacy Policy and the applicable project agreement. Please keep your own copy of anything you send; the upload service is not a backup service.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's content, including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, point clouds, 3D models and the Falcon name and logo, belongs to Falcon or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share Site pages for personal or internal business use. Any other copying, modification or commercial use needs our written permission. Ownership of project deliverables is set by each client's service agreement.
6. Information on the Site
Site content is general information about our capabilities. Figures such as dock counts, flight totals, safety records and coverage are accurate to our knowledge when published and may change. Sample deliverables are illustrative. Nothing on the Site is engineering, surveying or legal advice, and our deliverables do not replace a survey by a licensed professional unless the service agreement says so.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and viewers, such as 3D model hosts, partner companies and social media. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and upload service are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Falcon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Site or upload service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability for contracted services is governed by the applicable service agreement.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Falcon harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, files you upload or your breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
